Montréal, June 7 and 8, 2025 - More than thirty publishers participated in the Book-Fair, showcasing a wide variety of books, handicrafts, calligraphy, and resources for learning the Persian language.
The Bahá’í booth welcomed approximately 150 visitors over the two days. Some of them were already familiar with the Bahá’í Faith or had Bahá’í friends. They expressed their interest by purchasing books such as The Book of Certitude, ‘Abdu’l-Bahá, Son of Iran, and A Brief Introduction to the Bahá’í Faith.Other visitors, eager to learn more, asked questions like: What does the Bahá’í Faith teach? Is it derived from Islam? Does it have a holy book? These conversations led to invitations to visit the Bahá’í Bookstore in Montreal Centre to continue the dialogue and gain deeper insights. The booth was also visited by several Bahá’í friends living in Montreal, whose warm presence and words of encouragement were a great source of support to the volunteers managing the booth.
Overall, the exhibition proved to be a very positive and successful event, contributing to the sharing of the Bahá’í Message with a wide audience and fostering respectful and open-hearted connections.
